The automatic review step that runs after every Skill execution, identifying improvement opportunities when material friction was detected. Findings are classified into four categories:
- Skill gap
- Template/system gap
- Tooling gap
- Process friction
All findings are presented as suggestions, never auto-applied. When a finding would change a Skill's instructions if acted upon, a drift risk flag directs the user to the Skill Drift Risk Registry. Defined in the Global Skill Instructions Skill Section and inherited by all Skills via the synced block.
